As a Senior Consultant Pharma Operations at Entourage, you will support leading pharmaceutical companies across the D/AT region in optimizing their production and business processes. With your engineering background, you will identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and implement them together with client teams on site.
We are looking for engineers passionate about Pharma Operations who want to make a real impact.
Your Mission
* Analyze & Optimize: Improve processes in production, engineering, quality, or supply chain along the GMP value chain.
* Drive Transformation: Lead Lean, OPEX, or Six Sigma projects – experience is a plus, not a must.
* Enable Change: Engage teams on site, build commitment, and inspire enthusiasm for improvements.
* Advise C-Level: Develop strategies, presentations, and actionable recommendations for top management.
* Secure the Future: Contribute to investment, transformation, and change projects at leading pharma companies.
Your Profile
* Completed engineering degree (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, or comparable).
* Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (production / operation of GMP facilities, ideally sterile manufacturing).
* Solid knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical production processes.
* Experience with Lean / OPEX / Six Sigma is a plus – but not mandatory.
* Languages: fluent German (mandatory) and English skills.
* Personality: confident, authentic, and persuasive.
* Strategic mindset combined with a strong hands-on mentality.
* High willingness to travel within D/AT.
* International experience is a plus.
* Based in D/AT, ideally in a metropolitan area with good connections.
