Your tasks:
1. Development of market-driven and country-specific underwriting strategies for the international commercial liability business of HDI Global SE
2. Underwriting and sales activities, such as calculation, negotiation of large and complex risks and programs
3. Support and guidance of international branch offices or subsidiaries, including occasional travel abroad
4. Understanding and discussing profit and loss statements, local underwriting strategies
5. Portfolio steering and claims analysis
6. Conducting liability underwriting audits worldwide
7. Willingness to engage in the culture transformation of our corporation and territorial markets of responsibility
8. Principle works and qualification of employees
9. Project work
Your profile:
10. Several years of professional experience in the liability insurance sector, preferably with international footprint and work experience abroad
11. Commercial, technical and scientific understanding
12. University degree in economics / business administration or law or equivalent qualification
13. Team player, entrepreneurial skills and reliable
14. Intercultural skills
15. Fluent English, verbally and in writing, German language skills are beneficial but not required
