We are currently looking for a Freelance CSA Site Manager to join our client working on Munich, Germany.
The client is looking for someone to be based in Munich working with a major tech company for an ongoing office building construction, you would be working for the client for an 8-12 month contract.
The role is to work on the construction contractor side to oversee the dry works for a large office building project. Interior fit-out.
START: Immediate
DURATION: 8-12 months
LOCATION: Munich – Central
ACCOMODATION: Provided by the client
RATES: Good market rates
The client is particularly interested in candidates with experience in Construction and Fit-out experience working on either commercial or high-end residential type fit-out projects.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – Site Manager
* You have 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Construction manager, Site Manager or Supervisor
* Technical construction experience, ideally interior fit-outs
* Large construction project experience – Office blocks, residential, commercial
* Experience working for main contractor, beneficial, not essential
* Knowledge site-based safety processes and regulations
* Language - English and German Speaking Required
As a Site Manager you ensure, with a hands-on approach that the construction site runs smoothly and the installations are successfully constructed safely and to the highest quality.
They are specifically looking for managers with experience on dry works, particularly with experience on office building project and large CSA fit-out projects.
