We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our growing team in Hamburg and take our brand to new heights.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Development and implementation of creative marketing strategies for brand building and increasing sales.
2. Responsible for all online and offline marketing communication, including social media, email marketing, and PR.
3. Analysis and monitoring of marketing performance (KPIs) and continuous optimization of campaigns.
4. Conduct market analysis and competitive observation to identify new opportunities and trends.
5. Plan and implement event marketing activities and partnerships.
6. Develop targeted marketing content, including texts, graphics, and videos.
7. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
What You Bring:
8. Completed studies in marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification.
9. At least 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a start-up or growth environment.
10. Experience with digital marketing channels, social media, and content marketing.
11. Strong creative skills and a good sense for brand communication.
12. Hands-on mentality and the ability to drive projects independently.
13. Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
14. Analytical thinking and the ability to optimize marketing strategies based on data.
