To support our Creative Team we are searching for a Head of Graphic Design WW (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Lead, inspire and develop the Graphic Design Team
* Oversee high-impact campaigns, daily business, and special projects across multiple channels
* Ensure outstanding visual quality, consistency and brand relevance across all creative outputs
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creative ambition with efficiency and deadlines
* Guide team members and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth
* Oversee projects from first concept to final execution, ensuring precision and excellence in every detail; help define and drive the overall design direction across all projects
* Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience and key stakeholders to translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling
WHO YOU ARE
* 10+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within luxury, fashion or e-commerce and a strong portfolio showcasing high-end design including print knowledge
* Proven experience leading and managing creative roles and teams; strategic, collaborative and hands-on in your leadership approach
* Deep understanding of the fashion and luxury industry, with a strong sense of current and emerging trends
* Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong working proficiency in Keynote and Excel
* Exceptional eye for detail with a refined aesthetic sensibility and flawless execution
* Highly organized, with the ability to lead multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality
* Excellent communication skills and proven experience working in an international setting
