Your Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team in Berlin. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office through a variety of organizational and administrative tasks. This position is open to both full-time applicants and working students seeking hands-on experience in a professional, international setting.
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day office operations: manage incoming/outgoing mail, answer phone calls, order and organize office supplies
Digitize, organize, and archive documents using internal filing systems
Coordinate internal appointments, team meetings, and travel arrangements
Welcome visitors and ensure the office is presentable and well-organized
Assist with planning internal events, team activities, and logistics
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
What You Bring
Previous experience in office administration is a plus
Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
Availability for 40 hours/week (full-time) or 20 hours/week (working student)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
Friendly, service-oriented attitude with clear and confident communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and a proactive, hands-on approach
