Your work will shape how we keep our current portfolio strong while building the next generation of sensing technologies for HVAC/R, data centers, and other industries where performance, safety, and energy efficiency matter. What Youu2019ll Be Doing Lead the global RD&E organization and set a clear technology direction that supports business growth, customer needs, and long-term market relevance. Turn strategy into action by driving a balanced R&D roadmap and leading product development from concept to launch with focus on quality, reliability, manufacturability, and time to market. Strengthen engineering excellence by standardizing global ways of working, improving governance through stage-gate methods, and embedding design-for-quality, design-for-manufacturing, and design-for-cost principles. Build strong partnerships across Product Management, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Commercial teams, and external ecosystems to accelerate innovation and deliver the right sensing solutions to market. Develop high-performing global teams and create an inclusive, collaborative culture where people can grow, share knowledge, and deliver with both innovation and discipline. What We're Looking For You bring a Masteru2019s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, along with 12 years of RD&E leadership experience in sensing, electronics, IoT, or advanced industrial technology. You have a strong track record of leading global R&D organizations and driving complex product development programs across hardware, firmware, software, and systems, from early technology exploration to successful product launch. You understand sensing technologies such as pressure, temperature, flow, position, optical, or MEMS, and you know how to connect product development with industrialization, supply chain interfaces, and robust product design. You have experience shaping technology strategy, improving engineering performance, and increasing the return on innovation through better prioritization, governance, and execution.
