We are looking for a Business Development Manager – United States

We’re looking for a customer-focused, results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the growth of a strategic partnership in the fast-growing mobile security and surveillance sector. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will combine strategic sales and business development with a strong technical understanding to identify and execute new business opportunities. You will represent SFC Energy in a high-growth environment where your work directly impacts national security, infrastructure protection, and the deployment of green energy.

What We Expect?

8. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
9. Proven experience in business development, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets.
10. Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
11. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
12. Deep understanding of mobile surveillance technologies, infrastructure deployment, or alternative power systems is a strong asset.
13. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
14. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
15. Knowledge of fuel cell technologies is an asset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

16. Market Research and Analysis:

-Conduct in-depth market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic sectors.

-Analyse market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic business development initiatives.

17. Strategic Planning:

-Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the target markets.

-Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer requirements.

18. Customer Engagement:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in target industries.

-Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of SFC Energy’s products.

19. Sales and Revenue Generation:

-Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

-Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of SFC Energy LLC.

20. Technical Expertise:

-Develop a deep understanding of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

-Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.

21. Collaboration and Reporting:

-Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, engineering, and customer support.

-Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, sales performance, and pipeline status.

22. Travel

-Extensive travel across the United States to meet clients, attend industry events, and build a robust network in the industry.
