Global Talent Acquisition Manager
The role of a Global Talent Acquisition Manager is crucial in ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talents globally. This position requires strategic planning, development, and execution of global talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's overall business goals.
* You will conceptualize and implement the global recruitment strategy, tailoring it to each market, region, and role, while aligning it with the company's vision and values.
* You will monitor, track, and analyze recruitment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* You will work collaboratively with regional/country Culture & People leads and GMs to understand opportunities for business growth through hiring the best team.
* You will serve as the internal single point of contact for all regional recruiting colleagues.
This position requires a proven track record in talent acquisition, working in a multinational or global company, ideally with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
