We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to strengthen our team. As a sales representative in the field, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial advice to planners, architects, general contractors, and specialized companies on site.
Main tasks:
* Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers during on-site meetings
* Active follow-up of projects including internal coordination and reporting
* Customer care at trade fairs, company events, and customer meetings
* Conducting training sessions and product presentations for customers
* After-sales service, including site management, complaint handling, etc.
* Research, processing, and monitoring of construction projects using CRM systems
Requirements and qualifications:
* Degree in business or engineering with several years of experience in field sales - preferably in the construction supply industry
* High customer orientation and service readiness
* Excellent communication skills and negotiation techniques
* Self-motivation, structured work approach, and flexibility
* Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office
* Residence in the region and a strong willingness to travel within the target area
