We are looking for an Account Executive (Sales) to join Driftrock at a time of hyper growth at the company. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for growing revenue across EMEA, managing the entire sales cycle with enterprise and commercial-level accounts, winning net new and expansion business.

We are a growing team of 28 and this will be the second hire in the New Business team, reporting to the Head of Sales. You’ll have a huge impact on Driftrock’s culture, product, how we work, and help steer the direction of the New Business team and company as a whole.

About the role
This is a fantastic time to join the New Business team at Driftrock. You will be the second hire in the team and come in at a time of huge growth for the company.
We are looking for a determined, exceptional hunter who can identify, prospect and grow a patch of opportunities across Mid-Market and Enterprise automotive brands and media agencies.
The candidate will have excelled in sales at a start-up/ scale-up environment previously and is skilled at all of the required requirements for the role from outbound, discovery to deal management.

Skills
* New business hunter: You will be hungry to identify and source opportunities using multi-channel outreach
* Sequence building: You will be comfortable building multi-channel sequences and come with a wealth of knowledge in this area.
* Discovery: Are you excellent at identifying pain using sales methodologies like MEDDIC or BANT
* Exceptional presenter: You will be able to coordinate discovery sessions and deliver impact when presenting
* Multi-threader: Know how to manage multiple stakeholders to close contracts
* Business Acumen and ROI-based POV: Create value-based proposals/ business cases that prove ROI for customers
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with customers and agencies to create tailored marketing plans based on their objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a SaaS company/ digital marketing technology.
* Ability to produce own book of business, using a multi-channel approach to outbound
* Proven success in value selling to Enterprise and Mid-Market businesses
* Track record of sourcing and closing net new meetings
* Proven track record of exceeding quota preferably (digital marketing) SaaS solutions
* Experience at working with contracts cycles between 6-12 months
* Ability to engage and communicate effectively with decision-makers at all organisational levels, across multiple regions / markets.
* Understanding of the automotive industry would be desirable
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve company goals.
* Strong account planning and strategic decision making.
* Proven experience working remotely and capable of managing tasks independently.
