Your Day to Day: You actively build, nurture, and manage a healthy pipeline that directly contributes to achieving our revenue targets for the Alevate AP/AR solution. This includes engaging both new prospects and existing customers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) You partner closely with internal stakeholders-such as Account Managers and implementation partners-to drive business growth and ensure outstanding customer experience throughout the sales cycle. You support the effective positioning of Serrala and our solutions through thorough research, development of value-based selling materials, and collection of supporting insights such as ROI analyses, benchmarks, and customer references. You generate, qualify, and develop opportunities through your own proactive prospecting activities (social selling, phone outreach, face-to-face networking, partnerships). You also qualify and nurture opportunities coming from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You coordinate product demonstrations and proposal development, create compelling business cases (problem definition, solution value, differentiation, financial impact), and manage tender/RFP processes end-to-end. What makes you excel in this position: You hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification, ideally in business, management, or a related field. Prior exposure to sales or enterprise software environments is considered a strong advantage. You are open to occasional travel (approximately 1-2 times per month) to attend key strategic client meetings. You are genuinely interested in sales and motivated to build strong capabilities in account planning, prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity management through to closing. You feel confident engaging with diverse stakeholders and are eager to further enhance your presentation and strategic selling skills. You demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn within a supportive training and mentoring environment that thrives on international collaboration. You are fluent in both German and English.
