Job Description
* Identifying and developing locally relevant marketing initiatives and managing internal and external service providers and stakeholder
* Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring and shop performance
* Leading, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects
* Close collaboration with various departments, e.g., marketing, tech, logistics, or customer service
* Market analyses and development
* Supporting the Markets Team with content analysis, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
* At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry
* High level of motivation and a structured, independent work style
* Excellent analytical skills and business sense
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
* Solution-oriented mindset
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Native German and excellent written and spoken English skills
