A Snapshot of Your Day As Team Lead (f/m/d) Electrical Building Services, you will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team responsible for the design and implementation of electrical building services including the subsystems small power & lighting, emergency lighting, lightning protection, fire detection, intruder detection, door access control system, CCTV system, telecommunication system, photovoltaic system. Your focus lies on ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of electrical installations, as well as on the structured steering of all related project activities. You coordinate the tasks within your team, ensure optimal use of resources, and work closely with internal interfaces and external partners. At the same time, you actively promote the professional and personal development of your team members and ensure the highest standards in terms of quality, safety and schedule reliability. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Leadership and continuous development of the Electrical Building Services team, including the establishment of a strong feedback and people‑development culture
2. Resource planning, recruitment, and personnel development to ensure sufficient capacity and an effective team structure
3. Alignment of team capabilities and structure with the project pipeline and overall business objectives
4. Development and implementation of continuous improvement measures for execution concepts, standards, and processes
5. Monitoring and control of team and project performance with regard to schedule, cost, and quality targets
6. Close collaboration with adjacent engineering disciplines and external partners
What You Bring
7. University degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
8. Several years of experience in project execution within Electrical Building Services, preferably in complex industrial or infrastructure projects
9. Experience in HVDC systems or comparable energy projects as an advantage
10. Proven expertise in resource planning, recruitment, and personnel development, ideally in international and interdisciplinary environments
11. Solid knowledge of tools, methods, and processes for effective resource and capacity management
12. Strong communication and teamwork skills, a structured working style, a proactive and flexible mindset, and fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
