JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you are accountable for the overall relationship and activities between ONE and your assigned Regional/Local Key Accounts.
* Responsibility for negotiating and managing the contract and client relationship
* Escalation point for enquiries or complaints
* Responsibility for setting the goals and strategy for development and growth of the business for your assigned accounts
* Accountability for post-contract onboarding and post-tender review
* Close contact with customer’s key players and procurement owners as needed
* Liaise with all relevant internal departments locally and/or beyond
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional shipping experience preferably within selling/negotiating/outside sales.
* Target and solution-oriented with structured and self-motivated work style
* Competitive with strong communication and negotiating skills
* Broad and profound shipping knowledge with cross functional and commercial mindset & knowhow
* Business fluent in English and local language
* Strong digital orientation and growth mindset

Located in the Düsseldorf office. High degree of flexibility and mobility with regular travelling within the designated sales area (mainly Nordrhein-Westphalen and occasionally Hessen, Saarland and Rheinland-Pfalz) is essential.
