We are looking for a Development Engineer (m/f/d) in the Automation field of the Rheinmetall Technology Center to join our team for the development of remote control of mobile platforms.
1. Collecting technical requirements for sub-systems and software components
2. Design, development and testing of software components
3. Support with integration and commissioning in the SiL- and HiL- environment, as well as in the target system
4. Documentation of the components for which you are responsible
5. Experience in the procedure according to ISO 26262
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
6. Successfully completed engineering studies, ideally with a focus on mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science or similar
7. Several years of professional experience in the development of embedded systems or as a research assistant (m/f/d) in relevant specialist areas
8. Very good programming and design skills in an object-oriented programming language
9. Experience in the areas of UI/UX design and embedded Linux
10. Experience in the field of condition safety, driver assistance and automation
11. Experience with communication architectures in vehicle technology
12. A good technical understanding as well as curiosity and enthusiasm for future technologies and mobility solutions
13. Very good written and spoken German and English knowledge
