Your Responsibilities:
7. Monitoring, reporting and security of all company domains
8. Creation and management of directory infrastructure
9. Monitoring and assessment of system data, error and reports
10. Determine areas for improvement and repair
11. Direct activities of IT technicians / Subcontractors
12. Develop IT policies and procedures, Service and Operation Level Agreements (SLAs / OLAs) with compliance check
13. Resolve Help Desk Escalations
14. Negotiate and compare vendor contracts and determine most advantageous terms
15. Manage, optimize and monitor updates and upgrades and migrate organization data
16. Ensure licensing compliance for Windows Servers Systems
17. Changes and maintenance of Ping Federate as well update in the Ping Identity Software
18. Be in charge of virtualization products of VMWare and Nutanix HCI systems
19. Be in charge of plan, design, setup and manage Citrix environments
20. Install, upgrade and manage WSUS & TRELLIX instances
21. Implementation of virtualization architecture design
22. Conduct system audit reviews
Your Profile:
23. Completed studies in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT-Systems Engineering or comparable
24. Several years of professional experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, MS-SQL, Virtualization (Citrix, VMWare) and Storage (NetApp, Q-SAN)
25. Knowledge about networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls etc.) for requesting necessary IP and subnet configuration and firewall rule activation
26. Very good skills in SQL, MS-Office and MS-Project
27. Fluent German and good English skills spoken and written
