Your Impact As an In-House Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d) – Full-time in Hamburg, you will report directly to the management and advise on all legal matters concerning Impossible Cloud GmbH and Impossible Cloud Network Foundation in Switzerland, both rapidly scaling ventures. The role is broad in scope and includes, among others, M&A, venture capital, trademark and competition law, as well as employment law and general contract law. You will also work on greenfield legal topics inherent to breakthrough technology and the crypto space.
