Join to apply for the Vice President Digital Strategy (m/f/d) role at OMMAX.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.ResponsibilitiesYou jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team with our management.You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of projects, defining the appropriate (go-to-market) strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects and excellent customer experience.You drive the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of external partnerships.You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new services based on current trends and industry developments.You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team from all departments.You represent OMMAX and the Digital Strategy & Execution Team at events, trade shows, and universities.You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Strategy & Execution Team and support the recruitment of top talent.RequirementsYou hold a university degree with excellent performance in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).You have 8+ years of professional experience in the digital environment, focusing on strategy, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.You have expert knowledge and a deep understanding of the tech and/or commerce landscape, as well as the latest tools and current trends in the field of digital Marketing and Sales.You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner.You excel in oral and written communication skills.You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.You are fluent in English – regional languages are an advantage.What you can expectYour impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & OMMAX partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your environment – out of your comfort zone: You work in a challenging environment between financial investors, decision-makers and operational teams and can set new standards with your knowledge.Your hard work pays off!
