Training Program Manager Role
This role involves overseeing the setup and administration of training programs offered to all staff members.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and contribute to the development of a comprehensive training strategy.
* Ensure rigorous monitoring of program budgets and resources.
* Take charge of logistics and coordination for training activities, including scheduling, registrations, venue management, and equipment procurement.
* Foster strong relationships with external training providers and internal trainers to ensure high-quality training programs.
* Promote continuous improvement of HR processes related to training.
Your Profile
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in training and development.
* Fluency in English, French, and Luxembourgish is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
