Job Description
This role involves acting as a trusted HR senior advisor and partner to an assigned management team of a complex production site with over 1,100 employees.
Lead and develop a highly qualified HR team, collaborating with appropriate HR leaders locally and globally to provide support within the defined HR strategy and principles.
* Onboarding and offboarding, legal/employee relations, organizational and talent development, culture, engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits.
Provide leadership and communication skills to reach organizational agreements, results, and set priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Member of the local site leadership team.
* Provide HR leadership and direction for the site within scope of responsibility.
* Supervise and guide direct reports.
* Develop organizational objectives and facilitate goal creation for broader functions.
* Work with senior management and peers for strategy development and execution plans.
* Guide talent identification and development processes.
* Oversee employee performances and communicate goal results.
* Use in-depth expertise and experience to provide HR support for various initiatives: performance and talent management, change management, workforce planning, leadership and employee development, onboarding and offboarding, compensation planning and benefits administration.
* Act as a trusted senior advisor to provide advice, clarification, and follow-up on policies, procedures, benefits, and compensation-related items for employees, managers, and global HR partners.
