Our client has long been active in the field of forwarding (cargo transportation), with multiple locations throughout Germany. They provide high-quality logistics services as part of an international network, closely collaborating with their headquarters in Japan. They are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main.
Job Responsibilities
* Acquire new business opportunities within Germany and EU
* Create a weekly sales report to our global sales manager of the EMEA region
* Participate in weekly sales meeting
* Generate and track leads and cold call prospective customers
* Generate customers from said pipeline
* Build and develop relationships with our clients
* Conduct meetings with clients (face to face, via phone/teams)
Job Requirements
* Business-level proficiency in German and English.
* Excellent communication skills within a team.
* Reliability in following instructions (SOPs).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in customer service.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in logistics, trade, or related industries.
* High sense of responsibility.
* Cultural awareness and understanding.
* Open and sincere personality with the ability to ask questions proactively.
