As the Team Lead – Information Security within our Governance & Assurance division, you will take on the following key responsibilities:
1. Lead a Dedicated Team as the “Second Line of Defense”: Oversee strategic information security functions including ISMS (Information Security Management System) and BCMS (Business Continuity Management System).
2. Project Planning and Coordination: Manage initiatives such as security assessments, audits, and awareness programs, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
3. Stakeholder Alignment and Reporting: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce focused, actionable reports tailored to diverse audiences.
4. Continuous Team Development: Foster ongoing growth in teamwork, knowledge, and skills through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives.
5. Ensure Team Readiness: Maintain the team’s up-to-date expertise on security and governance requirements, equipping them to meet evolving challenges confidently.
