Electrical Site Operations Lead (m/f/d)
Location: Germany (with regular travel)

The Opportunity
As Electrical Site Operations Lead, you will lead and inspire our team of site managers, ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of electrical construction projects across Germany. You’ll be responsible for team performance, site safety, and project success, representing our company both nationally and internationally.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of 11 site managers, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
* Oversee and provide leadership to all site managers across multiple electrical projects in Germany, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery (without direct responsibility for individual projects management).
* Act as the appointed Electrical Specialist (“Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft” per DIN VDE1000-10), working closely with our safety officer to maintain compliance and safety on all sites.
* Represent the company in key management and client meetings, both in Germany and abroad.
* Support business development by assisting with project acquisition, preparing offers, and negotiating contracts.
Your Profile
* Completed training as a master craftsman (IHK/HWK), state-certified technician, or a degree in electrical engineering.
* At least 10 years’ experience in electrical construction site management, including team leadership.
* Strong knowledge of German occupational health and safety regulations.
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
* Structured, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
* Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
* Fluent in German (native level) and English (B2 level).
