Your Tasks
* Entering incoming invoices into the pre-system
* Checking, assigning accounts and pre-posting incoming invoices (physical/digital) in DATEV
* Clarifying discrepancies with internal departments
* Managing and reconciling open items
* Maintaining and updating vendor master data
* Processing travel expenses and credit card statements
* Supporting the processing of payment transactions
* Supporting monthly reporting and annual financial statements (HGB)
Your Qualifications
* Completed commercial vocational training or further training as a financial accountant
* Professional experience in accounts payable (desirable)
* Confident use of DATEV or ERP systems, as well as MS Office
* Knowledge of tax law (VAT)
* Structured, precise working style and ability to work in a team
* Language skills in German (B2) and English (B2) both spoken and written are required
