Director Sales East Europe
Location: Eastern Europe
As Director Sales for East Europe, you will implement strategies, develop plans, and monitor the activities of sales teams and branch offices in the Eastern Europe region to achieve sales targets and goals. You will be responsible for implementing and controlling annual sales objectives for the area and developing related sales growth programs.
* Implement sales plans for Eastern Europe that identify opportunities for profitable growth, measured mainly by increases in sales revenue and gross profit.
* Develop and lead a productive team of regional sales personnel through hiring, development, and leadership of qualified staff.
* Monitor branch performance within the area and manage resources to improve results.
* Add value to supplier business by proactively working to achieve jointly defined sales goals and budgets, developing and meeting sales and project objectives.
* Increase sales within the assigned area by engaging with strategic and growth customers, understanding their critical objectives, and removing obstacles to sales.
* Guide and support area sales personnel to manage their territories efficiently to maximize return on sales investments and meet goals.
Qualifications:
* University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of seven years of experience in a related role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Previous experience in electronic component sales and sales management is desirable.
* Strong business, managerial, leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in teams and manage people.
* Sound knowledge of relevant IT and office applications.
