Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As one of the largest European wholesalers for sports nutrition, we distribute products such as protein bars, vitamins or protein powder.
Our company has an approx. 200 employees, who not only supply our Europe-wide business customers, but can also be found on German supermarket shelves.
We inspire thousands of sports enthusiastic customers every year with our virtual fitness fair and offers stored around it.
Our headquarters are located in Venlo, optimally situated in the border region between the Netherlands and Germany near Mönchengladbach, Krefeld, Duisburg and Düsseldorf.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for managing the entire sales cycle in their assigned region, from first contact to successful customer development.
Key responsibilities include:

* Target Achievement & Business Growth: You play a key role in reaching sales goals by building commercial relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
* Customer Management: You support and strengthen existing customer partnerships with the goal of turning them into long-term key accounts.
* Field Presence: You travel regularly within your territory to stay close to your customers, understand local market dynamics and maintain a strong personal connection.
* Strategic Input: You provide valuable insights and work closely with your team and leadership to shape the broader international sales approach.
