The position is located in the Terminal Services department, which provides central Citrix services for the German Armed Forces.
The focus is on the Citrix ADC platform (formerly NetScaler).

Your tasks
11. Core tasks: Planning, administration, configuration and troubleshooting of Citrix ADC (load balancing, GSLB, gateway, AAA, SSL/TLS).
12. Automation: Development of processes (ideally with Terraform or Ansible).
13. Support: Second and third level support, including performance analysis and troubleshooting.
14. Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. in BeWiki) and ticket processing in Maximo.
15. Special forms: On-call duty and occasional on-site assignments in the data center.
Your profile
16. At least 3 years operating Citrix ADC / NetScaler (or comparable load balancers).
17. At least 3 years in 2nd level support (incident, problem & change management).
18. At least 2 years operating security-critical IT services.
19. Education: Bachelor in IT degree program, IT apprenticeship or alternatively 5 years of relevant work experience.
20. Certification: ITIL Foundation (or comparable).
21. Languages: German (C1) and English (B1).
22. Strong team player and appropriate interpersonal skills.
