Very good written and spoken German skills (at least B2 level according to the CEFR)We are looking for a Product Manager (L2) to help shape, build, and scale digital products that support Purpose Green’s mission. You will own key product areas end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to translate user needs and business goals into impactful, high-quality product outcomes.
Lead user discovery through interviews, research, and data analysis to identify real user needs and opportunities
Identify where AI and data-driven approaches can meaningfully improve user outcomes, efficiency, or insight
Very good written and spoken German skills (B2 or higher)
Shape and deliver AI-enabled features, such as predictive insights, automation, or decision support tools
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination
3–6 years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role
~ Experience building digital products for the real estate industry (e.g. property management, asset management, valuation, ESG reporting, or real estate analytics)
~ Experience working on data-driven or AI-enabled features, in partnership with engineering or data teams
~ Data-informed mindset with comfort using metrics to guide decisions
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
~ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 oder höher)
Familiarity with B2B or data-heavy platforms
