With a focus on efficiently managing risks and partnering in our digital transformation, we empower BASF Coatings to operate confidently in an increasingly complex cyber landscape while fostering a culture of security awareness and collaboration. - In your new role, you play a pivotal role in ensuring BASF Coatings meets evolving cybersecurity regulations and industry standards. - You lead and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements like the EU NIS2 Directive, ensuring full compliance across relevant entities and systems. - Furthermore, you manage global cybersecurity regulatory requirements, including TISAX for the automotive industry and other sector-specific frameworks. - You act as the central liaison between internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external auditors to ensure alignment with compliance obligations. - Lastly, you conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and develop remediation plans in line with EU and global regulatory requirements. ## WHAT YOU OFFER - master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with 2–3 years of professional experience - proven experience in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, ideally within industrial or automotive sectors - strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex regulatory timelines - teamplayer with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English and a proactive, structured approach to compliance and risk management - familiarity with EU cybersecurity legislation, including NIS2, and industry standards such as ISO 27001 and TISAX - relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are a strong plus ## WHAT WE OFFER - We offer an attractive salary with individual benefits such as performance-related bonuses or a share program.
