Accelerate Mass Retail Channel Strategy
* Channel Ownership: Own full commercial ownership of Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.
* Customer Strategy: Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
* Financial Management: Manage sales forecast, gross margins, trade spends, promotional budgets, and revenue targets per customer.
* Negotiation Excellence: Lead annual negotiations with local and regional customers, including buying groups.
* Retailer Relationships: Build strong, trust-based partnerships with top retailer partners.
