Job Overview
The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting department and team managers with all HR-related queries. This includes advising them on implementing their HR policy within the Human Resources & Finance department.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment Management: Internal and external recruitment processes are managed to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
* Career Development: Employee career development is closely monitored in conjunction with department and team managers to identify areas for growth.
* Integration & Exit Interviews: Integration and exit interviews are conducted to foster a positive work environment and maintain open communication channels.
* Succesion Planning: Potential replacements for departing employees are identified and developed through strategic planning.
* Internal Conflicts: Internal conflicts are monitored and resolved in a fair and timely manner to prevent escalation.
* Training Needs: Training needs are identified, and a comprehensive training plan is created in collaboration with training managers.
* HR Procedures: HR procedures and regulations are analyzed and applied effectively to ensure compliance.
* Policy Design: HR policies are designed, implemented, and optimized to drive business results.
* Project Participation: Contribute to assigned projects and cross-functional HR initiatives that support organizational objectives.
Requirements
* University degree (BAC+4/+5) with a specialization in Human Resources.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR function, preferably in recruitment or career management.
* Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
* Familiarity with the public sector and Luxembourg labor code is an asset.
* Proficiency in HR software and common office tools (MS Office).
* Digitizing and modernizing HR processes is desirable.
* Strong communication and writing skills.

What We Offer
