We're looking for an HR Manager (part-time, 20-30h per week) to join and support our growing team in Germany.
At least 3 years of exposure to the full cycle of HR Administration area or general HR projects.
High HR Legislation and Compliance Competence.
Proficiency in MS Office programs and HR operation system(s).
Advanced level of English.
Knowledge of payroll and immigration support is a plus.
You will manage the entire range of Employee Experience services and activities for the country including employment law regulations, vendor management for benefit selection, organization of company activities, etc.
You will prepare contract documents for permanent employees, temporary staff, interns, and trainees and take over the implementation of personnel change processes, including cooperation with internal mobility and legal teams on immigration and compliance issues.
You will create and maintain employee files and general HR Admin tasks: sick leaves, vacations, maternity and parental leaves, new hire data, terminations, etc.
You will be a point of contact for our employees regarding benefits, and you will also be handling benefits management overall (contact with providers, solving issues, contact with the finance team regarding payments).
You will be responsible for reliable and timely introduction of HR data to the systems.
In cooperation with payroll provider, finance, and legal teams you will be covering all questions concerning employment, payroll tax, and social security law.
Together with your colleagues, you are the interface to our internal recruitment team and our external payroll.
You will be the key person to organize activities and Employee Experience events per country with the help of the center of expertise.
You will be responsible for office management activities
