We’re looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to take our partner marketing efforts to the next level. In this role, you’ll oversee our affiliate programme end-to-end: from recruiting and managing partners to optimising performance through data analysis, testing, and continuous improvement. You’ll also lead our Partnerships & Collaborations channel—building and nurturing relationships with benefit platforms, coordinating online and offline promotions, and driving cross-functional campaigns that deliver real impact. How you contribute You own and scale our Affiliate channel, from onboarding new partners to managing daily operations and driving continuous performance improvements You lead our Partnerships & Collaborations efforts—building strong relationships with different platforms to expand our reach and impact Voucher and gift card campaigns are your domain: you manage everything from code generation and backend setup to invoicing and reporting You plan and execute seasonal and offline activations, such as Glamour Shopping Week, working closely with Brand & Content teams to ensure alignment and engagement Creative briefs are crafted and refined by you, ensuring clarity and collaboration with internal stakeholders for seamless execution You monitor channel performance with precision—translating data into actionable insights, reporting on KPIs, and identifying clear next steps to optimize impact Cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of your work: you build lasting, performance-driven relationships with both internal teams and external partners What you bring You bring 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or a related performance/growth marketing role Affiliate networks like Awin or CJ are familiar territory, and you’ve worked hands-on with partner platforms to drive measurable results Project management is one of your strengths—you’re confident owning campaigns end-to-end with attention to detail and timelines You think in metrics and act on insights, bringing an analytical mindset to dashboards, KPIs, and spreadsheets A natural collaborator, you communicate clearly across teams and with external partners to keep projects moving and goals aligned You’re fluent in English and German (C1), ensuring smooth communication in a cross-market context Experience with offline activations, developing creative briefs, or working across multiple marketing channels is a strong advantage Your benefits Work-Life Balance: Achieve the perfect work-life balance with our flexible and hybrid working model.
