Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a results-driven and strategically minded individual with a strong technical background and business acumen to help expand Alpha’s presence in the photovoltaic market. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering or a related scientific field, brings at least 5–7 years of relevant industry experience, and combines deep market insight with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. This person thrives in a dynamic, global environment, demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills, and is capable of driving innovation and customer engagement from concept to commercialization. A proactive and self-motivated mindset, combined with fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 40%, is essential to succeed in this role.
What will you be doing?
* Develop and implement strategic growth plans for the Photovoltaic market
* Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain
* Identify market opportunities and customer technical needs for product development
* Prepare business cases to support new products, applications, or investments
* Monitor business performance (revenue, margin, pipeline) and support corrective actions
* Deliver product information, application guidelines, and sales tools to global teams
* Support product launches with training, targeting, qualification, and communications
* Provide technical and market expertise to commercial teams and customers
* Lead customer interactions (meetings, presentations, product evaluations)
* Drive innovation in applications through collaboration with R&D
* Promote internal knowledge sharing via training and documentation
* Use CRM tools to track opportunities and coordinate resources
* Contribute to strategic cross-functional initiatives and projects
Who are You?
* A technically skilled professional with a degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
* You bring 5–7 years of experience in business development, technical marketing, or product management (preferably in electronics or photovoltaics)
* You combine strategic thinking with practical execution and can lead projects from concept to market
* Strong communicator, able to engage with technical teams, commercial stakeholders, and external partners
* You thrive in a global, dynamic environment and are self-driven while collaborating cross-functionally
* Data-driven and curious, you’re eager to explore new technologies and market opportunities
* Fluent in English, with willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%)

* Solid understanding of electronic assembly and photovoltaic industries
