About the Client
Our client is a leading European B2B SaaS company supporting HR, people operations, and workforce management teams.
Role: We are looking for a German-speaking Copywriter to support a wide range of B2B content and campaign needs across the marketing organization.
Responsibilities
* Write clear, conversion-oriented copy for webinar promotions, landing pages, social posts, paid/organic campaign assets, and email sequences.
* Create thought leadership content, blog posts, long-form articles, and other editorial assets for B2B audiences.
* Support BAU marketing content needs across multiple channels and stakeholder requests.
* Adapt messaging for different funnel stages, from awareness and education through lead nurturing and conversion.
* Collaborate with marketing, content, product marketing, demand generation, and regional teams to ensure copy is aligned with campaign goals and brand voice.
* Use AI tools and AI content creation workflows to improve content quality, speed, and consistency.
* Contribute to the development of scalable AI operating models for content production, review, and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Copywriting for B2B technology and SaaS clients, with a strong focus on business audiences
* Writing German-language marketing copy tailored to professional and enterprise decision-makers
* Creating content across webinars, social media, email sequences, blogs, long-form articles, and day-to-day marketing assets
* Translating complex B2B topics into clear, engaging, and audience-relevant messaging
* Collaborating closely with marketing stakeholders across demand generation, content, product marketing, and regional teams
* Using AI-powered content tools to support writing, editing, and broader content production workflows
* Working within or contributing to AI-enabled content operating models and modern content workflows
* Maintaining consistent brand voice and high editorial standards across multiple formats and channels
* Operating in fast-paced environments with multiple parallel content requests and tight deadlines
