Main Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on all HR-related matters, ensuring seamless integration of business needs and HR strategies.
* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR programs aimed at fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth and development.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience.
* Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
Requirements
* You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* You are proficient in French and English; German is an asset.
* You demonstrate a proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
