Your Job

* Supporting various specialist teams in their daily tasks within IT project management (e.g. documentation and reporting of work results, support request handling, research, appointment/meeting management)
* Preparing project documents and decision papers
* Assisting with the creation of new concepts and optimisation of processes
* Collaborating with national and international colleagues as a fully integrated team member
Your Profile
What you should have.
* Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
* Passion for IT and confident use of the standard MS Office applications
* Good English language skills to enable collaboration with international and national colleagues
* Exceptional level of commitment and team spirit, as well as interpersonal and communication skills
* Analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly
What is desirable.
* Initial relevant practical experience in the areas of IT and project management (e.g. Scrum, Jira, Sharepoint, Signavio)
