Job Responsibilities
1、Maintain and develop suitable recruitment channels to carry out effective hiring based on quarterly/annual recruitment plans
2、Employment and Dismissal Management
3、Understand contractual agreements and service terms between the company and third-party HR agencies; review and verify monthly service invoices.
4、Monitor updates in labor laws and local regulations, providing timely recommendations to the HR Director.
5、Manage office administration and IT support for overseas employees to ensure smooth operations and foster cross-cultural collaboration.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, with HR experience in the new energy industry preferred
2、3+ years of overseas HR experience
3、Good English listening,speaking,reading and writing skills,and be able to adapt to an all-English working environment
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,with the ability to present information clearly
5、Familiarity with local labor laws, cultural norms, and talent markets; prior experience managing expatriates is a plus.
