About the Role
As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across Owned & Operated (O&O) channels—such as email, push notifications, and on-site placements. You’ll collaborate closely with central strategy and analytics teams, as well as local marketing stakeholders across European markets, to drive strong customer engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Partner with local marketing teams to align campaign messaging, creative, and targeting.
* Use automation tools and standardized templates to streamline campaign operations.
* Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to meet KPIs.
* Conduct thorough reviews of campaign assets, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
* Act as the local market expert, providing language and cultural insights for campaign planning.
* Collaborate with analytics teams to report on campaign outcomes and inform future strategies.
What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience in marketing or campaign management, ideally within a digital or e-commerce environment.
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
* A high attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Comfort working with marketing tools, data dashboards, and automation platforms.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across remote and cross-functional teams.
