As a Content Marketing Working Student focused on webinars and events, you're not just scheduling Zoom calls. You're creating experiences that position FactFinder as a thought leader in e-commerce technology, pulling insights from industry experts, customers, and our own team.

* Run end-to-end webinar programs that generate qualified leads and revenue
* Learn video production, storytelling, and how to make technical content engaging
* Work alongside Tobias (who's taking over webinars/events) and Benedikt (Mr. Outbound) on high-impact campaigns
Your mission
* Webinar Production & Management (40%)
o Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly webinar series (topics, speakers, promotion, tech setup)
o Script and storyboard compelling webinar content that educates and converts
o Manage speaker coordination, run-of-show, slide decks, and live Q&A
o Repurpose webinar content into blog posts, social snippets, email sequences, and on-demand assets
o Analyze webinar performance (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact) and optimize
* Event Support & Coordination (25%)
o Support planning for industry events, partner events, and internal FactFinder gatherings
o Create event promotional materials (landing pages, social graphics, email campaigns)
o Coordinate logistics, attendee communication, and follow-up sequences
o Capture and share event highlights (photos, videos, recap content)
* Content Creation & Strategy (25%)
o Write blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership content based on webinars and events
o Create engaging social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter) to amplify our reach
o Interview customers, partners, and internal experts to extract compelling stories
o Research industry trends and competitive content to inform our strategy
* Tools & Process Improvement (10%)
o Manage our content calendar and webinar pipeline in Notion
o Optimize our tech stack (Zoom, webinar platforms, CRM integrations)
o Document processes and create playbooks for repeatable success
o Experiment with new formats (video podcasts, LinkedIn Live, interactive workshops)
Your profile
* Must-haves:
o Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program (Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related)
o Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)—we produce content in both languages
o Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—you make complex topics accessible and interesting
o Confident communicator—comfortable on video, coordinating with speakers, and engaging audiences
o Highly organized—you can juggle multiple events and deadlines without stress
o Tech-savvy—you learn new tools quickly (Zoom, Canva, video editing, CMS platforms)
* Nice-to-haves:
o Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
o Prior experience organizing events, webinars, or content programs
o Strong social media presence or content creation background (YouTube, LinkedIn, blog)
o Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or retail technology
o Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices
