Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in implementing and managing security policies, compliance configurations, and conditional access.
Responsibilities include providing support for Microsoft cloud-related issues, licensing, and user management, as well as deploying, configuring, and maintaining Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and EntraID.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing Azure costs, performance, and security, as well as implementing, maintaining, and supporting automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform.
Additionally, the individual will configure and monitor Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, and compliance tools, implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including Azure AD, MFA, and SSO, and ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function.
* Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure cloud services is essential.
* Proficiency in managing Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams is required.
* Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, and monitoring tools is necessary.
* Scripting experience with PowerShell and automation tools is desirable.
* Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards is essential.
* Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure EntraID Connect, AD DS) is beneficial.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Defender suite, Sentinel, and security best practices is advantageous.
