Your job as a professional (m/w/d) for highly complex technology:
1. Autonomous commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our precision machines
2. Regular and acute troubleshooting on our electro-optic systems
3. Advice and support of our customers over the phone, via email, and on-site with a focus on Europe
4. Instruction and training of our customers
5. Autonomous coordination and organization of different service tasks
6. Preparation of offers for services and spare parts
7. Regular maintenance of our customer databases using modern CRM tools
8. Close cooperation with sales and technology to increase customer satisfaction.
It depends on your ability:
9. Completed apprenticeship, study or technical degree (m/w/d) with electrical background or similar
10. Electrotechnical and mechanical understanding
11. First professional experience, ideally as an in-field service technician (m/w/d)
12. Experience with or understanding of servo systems, PLC, CNC, hydraulics, pneumatics
13. Profound PC knowledge / IT affinity
14. Fluent German and good, extended English language skills
15. Enjoying personal customer service and working with local customers
16. Independent work and distinct service mentality
17. Friendly and competent appearance with hands-on mentality
18. Flexibility and high willingness to travel internationally (50%)
19. Ideal: Residence near the airport in Germany
