You will work directly with the two founding partners and play a pivotal role in supporting fund operations, investor relations, and investment activity. The firm specialises in distressed credit and unique situations investing, with an AUM of approximately EUR 250 million. Key Responsibilities
Fund Operations
* Assist in the daily operational management of the fund.
* Coordinate with third-party fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers.
* Help maintain internal records and ensure smooth running of operational workflows.
Investor Relations
* Serve as the first point of contact for investor queries.
* Manage and coordinate investor communications and reporting.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor documentation.
Investments
* Liaise with external investment partners to track and monitor developments.
* Maintain investment files and ensure proper documentation.
* Support the founding partners in managing the investment pipeline and follow-ups.
