We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our market presence across Europe.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems are required.
* Promote and sell UPS systems to clients across Europe.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure UPS systems meet clients' operational needs and future growth plans.
* Monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* Submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
