KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in sales or business development with a proven track record in the Two-Way Radio Communication, DMR, Antenna, or Tetra technology
* Business level in German and English communication skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This position works closely with sales and technical departments to deliver informative technical presentations and advice to prospective clients.
* Understand client requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
* Support business expansion and development in targeted areas: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
* Demonstrate products and support smooth implementation by working with clients on integration and technical training.
* Provide technical training to clients as well as identify training requirements to support internal and external stakeholders' product knowledge.
* Create training playbook and materials.
* Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3 years of experience in Radio Frequency, Antenna, Wireless solutions, DMR, or related fields.
* Obtained technical education in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering
* Able to travel in the assigned areas (DACH) and other countries in EU
