Digital Customer Interactions & Sales focuses on creating outstanding digital interactions for our customers and enabling digital sales for our business units. This includes responsibility for our group website dhl.com, where we manage content authoring, technical platform development, and constantly evolve the most important customer journeys. We use digital analytics and CX/UX research to continuously enhance our digital offering. With dedicated search engine strategies, we improve the visibility of our brand. In addition, we are responsible for the coordinated management of key technology partners.
Primary purpose of the Senior Specialist Digital Content Operations is to support assigned Digital Content Operations managers/team leads / Project Managers as a deployment expert in the DHL Content Management System (CMS) and expertly execute content changes on the DHL websites and country sites according to the defined processes and projects. The role will focus on projects and providing digital expertise for both “yellow” & “non-yellow” touchpoints or platforms, invariably having to account for UX & design, content management & deployment, channel strategy & marketing, tracking & analytics, as well as front & back-end technical requirements
What’s your role:
* Supporting the Business Unit teams on their Digital Content Operations activities, including supporting the planning and execution of DHL.com-related projects (BU and XBU) relating to content management & deployment, functionality enhancements & improvements, UX & design optimization, or front/back-end technical developments
* Support consultation, planning, and execution of DHL.com-related projects (BU and XBU) relating to content management & deployment, functionality enhancements & improvements, UX & design optimization, or front/back-end technical developments
* Support strategic assessment and consideration of new/alternative digital marketing tools, platforms, or strategies to offer relevant, suitable, and innovative digital marketing services to the entire business (BU and XBU)
* Building and maintaining content of all DHL English and Language Sites for all business divisions and corporate content.
* Ensuring that all DHL global standards are maintained and changes are compliant with guidelines
* Quality assurance for all changes
* Coordination of the translation process
* Facilitating workflow for stakeholder review/approval of content changes
* Track, manage, and ensure overall quality and timeliness of digital marketing activities and/or projects
What We’re Looking For
* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT
* 2-3 years of work experience in content operations and/or digital marketing field
* Significant understanding and practical experience of Content Management Systems and platforms for multiple country/language website management, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
* High affinity to learn about digital marketing and its numerous dimensions, whether it be the technology & platforms to enable, the channels & touchpoints to deploy, or the principles such as user-centricity to optimize
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools & Outlook
* Great attention to detail, enthusiasm & willingness to learn
* Confident communicator and team player
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile!
