We are looking for a Working Student in Learning & Development (all genders) to join us in Cologne as soon as possible, working 15–20 hours per week. In this role, you will support our L&D colleagues and gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an IT management consultancy.
Shape the world of tomorrow
* Support our team in organizing and coordinating international training events and workshops
* Manage our training schedules and participant lists
* Handle inquiries and provide information on training programs for employees
* Assist the L&D team with administrative tasks, documentation, and communication
* Help develop training materials and resources
* Support with individual learning requests, including coordination of coaching sessions and other personalized development activities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new L&D initiatives in an international context
You can help us

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, (Business)Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
* Very good MS Office skills
* Professional, open, and friendly demeanor
* Strong communication skills in both German and English
* Detail-oriented and independent working style
* Team player with strong organizational skills
