Your seat to fill:
1. Manage benefits by ensuring a clear definition of expected outcomes and deliverables, and by following through to make sure these benefits are successfully realized
2. Work together with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs within the area of Supply Chain Operations
3. Assess risks across different solution options and help prioritize competing business demands in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and peers.
4. Challenge business requirements constructively to ensure that IT solutions and services deliver real value for money.
5. Present solutions and estimates to IT Leadership, Business Process Owners, and Service Owners in order to gain approval or rejection for their realization
6. Ensure compliance with solution governance standards by reviewing the solutions delivered by external partners
7. Ensure adherence to IT processes, policies, principles, and guidelines
8. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria
Your Stroll to CYBEX:
9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Science, or a related field
10. Strong experience in SAP consulting or Competence Centers, with a focus on Logistics Execution in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the SD/LE modules
11. Experience in the MM module, ideally with a focus on Inventory Management, would be an added advantage
12. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and integrate available resources
13. Very good analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to independently design, adapt, and optimize business processes or working methodologies
14. Solid knowledge and experience in working with 3PL integrations
15. Sound understanding of IDoc and EDI integrations, particularly in the context of 3PL connectivity
16. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, with the confidence to operate in an international environment
