Your Responsibilities
The Deputy Stock Keeper (m/f/d) is additionally responsible for our warehouse in Lüderitz, Altmark as a warehouse clerk and supplier and supports the Stock Keeper and the service teams in all logistical and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that materials are delivered to the plants in the respective target area at short notice. Deliveries can be made directly to the service teams, to the wind turbines, or to other warehouse locations.
Other tasks include
1. Receiving and recording incoming goods in SAP and the HeroS app
2. Issuing tools and materials to service teams
3. Returning unused materials to inventory
4. Managing and maintaining stock levels
5. Ordering consumables
6. Regular coordination with dispatch planning and the area manager
7. Conducting inventory checks and supporting inventories at other locations
8. Organizing transport to wind turbine sites
9. Shipping goods to other locations and handling returns to the central warehouse
Your Qualifications and Skills
10. Completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist, logistics clerk, or a comparable qualification
11. Solid professional experience in warehouse logistics
12. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
13. Knowledge of SAP-MM or another inventory management system
14. Class B driving license
15. Fluent in German and Basic English skills
16. Willingness to travel to support or cover other warehouse locations across Germany
